Welcome! I’m Karen Butler-Kennedy, and I’m so glad you’re here! At Kennedy Miniature Construction, I bring your ideal dollhouse (miniature home) to life; I create 1/12 scale miniature houses to your exact specifications! Each miniature house is created with the same care and attention to detail that I would expect for myself!

All houses are complete with all finish detail, are all electrified with working outlets and wall switches, include kitchen cabinetry, stove, and dishwasher, and can even be remotely controlled. Additional appliances are available upon special order.

I can create a miniature, dollhouse version of your own home, your childhood home, your dream home, your favorite movie/TV home…the sky’s the limit!

My Work:

I only use real materials; brick and mortar, miniature deck lumber, copper roof flashing, porcelain tile, marble and oak flooring, and even granite hearths for the fireplace with real split wood to boot! A miniature house deserves quality materials, just like a real house! House contents below are staged to get your creative juices flowing! This video details the “Mountain Home Study”; a 24″ x 18″ x 16″ room-box with a ton of hand crafted wood detail and electronic components not easily found anywhere else, including a flush mount outlet in the floor.
